Book #43 was Vengeance in Death, the 6th book in J.D. Robb’s In Death series. The back of the book reads:

A madman brutally murders two men–both with ties to an ugly secret shared by Eve’s new husband, Roarke.

Short and sweet, huh? I find that every time a book gets reprinted, the “back of the book” gets shorter. Anyway, I liked this one just as much as the others I’ve read. Big surprise! But, I managed to read this one entirely on our camping trip.

Page count: 15,146/15,000 — 100.97%!!!

So, I’ve reached my page goal! Now what? I’m really not sure. I guess I could start over again. Or just keep counting.
