2009: Mailbox Monday – Monday #20

Just two books this week! Both of these are for my book club in upcoming months:

I got both books through PaperbackSwap.  I’ve already read The Catcher in the Rye, in high school, and hated it.  I’m looking forward to re-reading it and seeing if I feel different about it 10+ years later.

Mailbox Mondays are hosted by The Printed Page.

  1. Nice to find your blog! I’ve been thinking of rereading Catcher in the Rye myself. Same thing — read it in high school and wasn’t blown away like I felt I was supposed to be. I’m interested to read your thoughts.

The Mark Twain book sounds particularly interesting.

Can’t wait to read your thoughts on the Twain book – it’s a new title to me.

    Enjoy!

    I had a 3 book week! I think 2 or 3 books a week is just perfect!
